RETURNS POLICY

At SILQMÏST, we take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of quality control. Each luxury Remy and Virgin Hair wig or extension is freshly prepared, ensuring it is brand new and exclusively for you.
Due to hygiene reasons and our commitment to customer safety, we are unable to accept returns on wigs.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may return it within 14 days of receipt—provided the item is unused, unworn, untampered with, and in its original condition and packaging. Please note that the cost of return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will offer either:

An exchange, or
-
An equivalent store credit to use for future purchases.
Faulty Items
If you believe your order is faulty due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us at contact@silqmist.com within 72 hours of receiving your item.
Once we have assessed and confirmed the fault, you will be offered a replacement as the first option. In some cases, a full or partial refund may be considered.
Returning Your Order
For your security and peace of mind, we strongly recommend using a tracked or signed-for service, such as Royal Mail Signed For or Special Delivery (UK customers), or a tracked/signed service from your local shipping provider (for international customers).
Please note:

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

We are not liable for returned items that do not reach our returns centre.

Always retain your proof of return in case you need to file a dispute with your courier.

If a parcel is sent untracked and is not received by us, we cannot process your return or accept liability for the lost item.
