We provide mobile hair services in London, Kent, Luton, Hertfordshire, Liverpool, Preston, Manchester, Birmingham, and Coventry for BRIDAL/SHOOTS ONLY.
We also provide mobile services in Lagos, Nigeria.
If in Lagos transportation fees will be sent to you via email and you will be requested to pay our stylist directly. Please email or dm us for more information.
Terms and Conditions:
Hair Delivery:
If you have ordered SILQMIST Hair then all you need to do is show up, everything will happen behind the scenes - We got you! We will need you to order your hair and book your appointment at least 10 days from the date of purchase. If you are ordering from 'INSTANT SHIP' then you can order 5 days before or give us a call. If you require an emergency appointment then please contact us.
If you are bringing your own hair, please ensure that it is with us 7 days before your appointment. If you require colouring then please drop it off 10 days before your appointment. You can drop it off or send it to us to the address above. Please ensure it has your name, date of appointment, and contact number. If for any reason we do not receive it within 7 days of your appointment, we will treat it as an emergency appointment which will come at a charge of £30 extra or your appointment will need to be rescheduled and you would lose your deposit.
You can drop off hair between 1 pm-3 pm (Monday - Friday) or send through a courier service.
(please advise if you have any known allergies or restrictions against the use of any products prior to your appointment.
Late Fee:
If you are running late please ensure you let us know in a timely manner on the number above.
We will give you a grace period of 10 minutes.
If later than the 10 minute grace period you will be charged £15
If you are later than 20 Minutes your appointment may be canceled or you will have to pay £20 extra.
Photos:
Our stylist may want to take pictures of the SÏLQ FINISH look and it could be featured across our social media platforms and for promotional use. If you would not like this to be taken please inform them on the day and they will respect your wishes.
Feedback:
We would love to know how our stylist has done and you may be contacted after your appointment to provide us with some feedback regarding our services, this is to assist growth and development within our team.
Covid-19 Protection:
In line with the government guidelines, it is important if you are unwell or have covid symptoms to not show up to you appointment. Our stylist will also follow protocol and guidelines to keep you safe during your appointment.
Parking:
You can either park at the Orchard Shopping Centre or Acacia Car Park,Dartford which is a pay to park area. Alternatively you can park on any of the side roads around the high street but please read the signs as some maybe pay and display or loading bay only.
Cancellation or Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your appointment we will allow one grace move as long as it is 7 days before your original appointment schedule. If you need to reschedule after the grace period, you will need to pay a new deposit of £20 to secure your booking.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please ensure you email us as soon as possible. You will sadly lose your deposit.
Add ons:
To get the most out of your booking and time slot, please ensure that you add on any services you feel you may need such as braids, curls, additional styling etc...
Failure to add this on to your service and attend the salon without necessary steps could cancel your whole appointment and you could lose your deposit if we are unable to add on the additional service.
Example: Booking a frontal install without a wash, blow dry or braids and there is a client after you, we may be unable to accommodate doing an add on if you did not include this when booking originally and there is a client after you.
It is your responsibility to book the appropriate service.
If you require an add on prior to your appointment please call us on the number and we will see if we can add this for you depending on our schedule.
If you require an add on, at the time of your appointment there will be a £10 emergency fee added to your booking on top of the service only where we are able to accommodate.
